More that just a mobile Personal Female Trainer and Nutritionist, I am also a sports massage therapist, so have a much more detailed and deeper understanding of human anatomy, muscle imbalances, and the way we move, than a regular Personal Trainer. With this understanding, I will provide you with a truly bespoke programme that takes into account all of your particular muscular imbalances, as well as helping you avoid or eliminate pain or injuries.

In addition, I am also a lecturer for a leading Personal Training Education company and so am responsible for teaching and qualifying new Personal Trainers. I may even have qualified your local PT.

I work with people of all ages, sizes and abilities, from teens who want to get fitter, to the complete beginner who is looking to lose weight and improve their health, to the more senior client who wants to stay mobile.

I specialise in extreme weight loss, obesity and type 2 diabetes weight management, working with emotional eaters and complete beginners to exercise who might be worried or nervous about exercise.

I offer a range of services from traditional Personal Training to Online Personal Training.

I also offer several unique more bespoke packages including the Total Support Package for those looking for more extensive nutritional support, and the unrivalled Fresh Start Transformation Package which combines Personal Training, Nutritional Support and Life Coaching for those looking for help to start afresh and completely transform their lives.
