More than just a mobile Personal Female Trainer, I am a qualified Nutritionist so can provide sound and tailored nutritional support alongside bespoke and effective workouts. I also am a lecturer for a leading Personal Training Education company, so actually teach, assess and ultimately am responsible for qualifying new Personal Trainers, so I completely understand my craft, in fact I may even have trained and qualified a local PT.

I work with people of all ages, sizes and abilities, from teens who want to get fitter, to the complete beginner who is looking to lose weight and improve their health, to the more senior client who wants to stay mobile.

I specialise in extreme weight loss, obesity and type 2 diabetes weight management, working with emotional eaters and complete beginners to exercise who might be worried or nervous about exercise.

I offer a range of services from traditional Personal Training to Online Personal Training.

I also offer several unique more bespoke packages including the Total Support Package for those looking for more extensive nutritional support, and the unrivalled Fresh Start Transformation Package which combines Personal Training, Nutritional Support and Life Coaching for those looking for help to start afresh and completely transform their lives.
