If you’re struggling with weight loss, strength training, emotional eating, or feeling out of shape as you get older, you’re not alone. I know this because I’ve been there myself.
I’m in my fifties, I’ve battled with my weight in the past, and I understand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck. Like many of my clients, I spent years trying different diets, losing weight only to gain it back, and struggling to stay motivated. I also used food for comfort, stress re-lief, and emotional support. It wasn’t until I focused on building strength, confidence, and long-term health instead of quick fixes that I truly transformed my body and mindset.
Now, as a personal trainer in Oxford, I specialise in helping men and women over 40, begin-ners, and anyone who has felt lost when it comes to fitness. Whether you’re dealing with weight gain after menopause, struggling to get into a workout routine, or feeling intimidated by strength training, I provide a private, supportive space to help you feel stronger, healthi-er, and more in control of your body.

I combine personal training, hypnotherapy, and soft tissue therapy to address both the physical and mental barriers that hold people back.
✔ Weight Loss & Emotional Eating: As a Weight Loss Coach and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I help clients overcome self-sabotage, emotional eating, and mental roadblocks that make long-term success difficult.
✔ Strength Training for Over 40s & 50s: Many of my clients, both men and women, come to me feeling weak, out of shape, or unsure where to start. I specialise in strength training for beginners, helping you build muscle, improve mobility, and gain confidence—at any age.
✔ Pain & Injury Support: As a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist, I also help clients dealing with muscular issues such as knee or, back pain. If pain or discomfort has kept you from ex-ercising, I can help you train safely and effectively.
