More than just one of Oxford’s leading female personal trainers, I am also a Level 5, sports massage therapist, and so unlike regular personal trainers, I have, firstly, a detailed understanding of how muscular imbalances can cause pain and dysfunction and secondly the ability to treat any such muscular pains. So if you are suffering with muscular pain such as knee pain , back issues or sciatica, my combined soft tissue therapy and PT knowledge means that I will be able to address those issues as well as your primary fitness goal. In addition I am also a nutritionist so am able to advise re dietary choices.

In addition, I also own a small PT Educational company and I am responsible for teaching and qualifying new Personal Trainers . I may even have qualified your local PT.

I work with people of all ages, sizes and abilities, from teens who want to get fitter, to the complete beginner who is looking to lose weight and improve their health, to the more senior client who wants to stay mobile.

I specialise in extreme weight loss, obesity and type 2 diabetes weight management, working with emotional eaters and complete beginners to exercise who might be worried or nervous about exercise.

I offer a range of services from traditional face to face or Online Personal Training to the unique and unrivalled Total Support Package which you can totally tailor for your needs.
